The front desk lady was nice and tried to get us a discount due to the closed pool area, but management declined. She made it very uncomplicated for us to leave after only one night and we didn't have to pay for the full 3 nights though.

I stayed here for a few nights while exploring Yosemite. It was a great base. On arrival the staff member was very helpful in getting me settled and recommended where I could get food at 10pm. The room was clean and modern. Breakfast your typical chain hotel style with a number of options.

Everything - from Jen at the front desk and Melody in the dining room to the convenient and great location! It is the amazing staff who really put forth great effort to ensure a great guest experience! And, the nice, clean, and comfortable rooms to boot! Oh, and the fantastically delicious breakfast…especially the moist and fluffy scrambled eggs- superb! Thank you, all, so much!

The front desk staff was very friendly. Two efficient attendees for breakfast room: One to constantly check on hot foods, and the other to clean tables. Very impressive to see that as many other properties cut manpower these days. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

As many others have pointed out: the front desk staff at this place is amazing, especially Brandie. As a woman travelling solo the friendliness of the staff helped me feel at ease. The pool and hot tub are amazing after a long day of hiking. I did my laudry while I was there and that was great, too. The gym is very basic but did the trick! Breakfast is good, too. I would certainly stay again!

The facilities were great after a long day travelling/walking. Coffee machine, fridge and microwave in the room was really handy, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer nearby.

Everything! The FO was great and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good spread and the team was so nice and helpful. They were really helpful when I asked to fill up my thermos with hot water. Thanks, to the guy in a hat!

Stayed for couple of days at this location while we were visiting Yosemite valley. Very nice experience. Best wishes to the staff. Rooms are well equipped. Hot breakfast is adequate. Pool and common areas are maintained well. Short walk by the hotel to Mariposa park is recommended. Was totally satisfied with the stay. Visit to adjacent store ‘Chocolate Soup’ is also recommended.

I am so pleased we decided to stay at the Best Western PLUS in Mariposa. Check in was quick and smooth with Brandie giving us recommendations on restaurants, which were all incredible. Her hospitality aswell as all the staff we encounted during our trip were so friendly, welcoming and just really lovely helpful people. We stayed in room 301 which was incredible. Spacious room with a soft and comfortable large bed, great shower pressure. Breakfast was buffet style with my favourites being the sausage and egg. The staff are really accommodating and offered a grab and go breakfast which you can do during breakfast hours or if you are setting out early, like us, they will prepare a take away box which a selection of breakfast items. 10/10 and whenever we may visit the area again we will be staying here. Thank you to the staff who made us feel so looked after.

The staff is amazing here. The front desk was so accommodating when we asked to check in a little early after a very long drive and gave fantastic recommendations for restaurants in town. The people running breakfast were so nice and kept everything clean and the food never ran out. Our room was clean and had comfortable beds. About an hour drive to Yosemite National park and the town of Mariposa is worth a stroll. If you need food for your trip into Yosemite stop by pioneer market and see the ladies at the deli counter for great sandwiches.

Everything for start to finish was awesome. The front desk men give us a very nice welcome, great experience of customer service and then call the room to be sure we have no issues with the room. All was perfect. Nice people in Mariposa.
